The proprietor reserves the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed and to any person who, in the opinion of the proprietor, is not suitable to take charge. In such cases all hire charges shall be refunded in full and all liability of the proprietor will then cease. The proprietor does not accept any responsibility or liability for either loss or damage of the tenant's property or accidents or injuries incurred by the tenant, during the term of let.
